Steve—better known as Uncle Roy—is a native Texan who loves cooking and seeing people smile over great food. That spirit is what brings Hawaiian flavors and Texas favorites together at Uncle Roy’s Eats.

How do I place an order?

Call or text (361) 800-1047. You can also send your order the night before. Uncle Roy’s will confirm availability and your pickup time.

When is breakfast served?

Thursday through Sunday, 6–11 am. There’s a break from 11 am until noon. Lunch runs until 3 pm on Thursday and Sunday, and lunch/dinner until 7 pm on Friday and Saturday.

Can I customize my taco?

Yes—see the add-ons menu for sauces, cheese, herbs, and more. Extra breakfast meat is $1, mango pineapple salsa is $1, cheese is $0.50, and salsa is $0.25. Confirm other add-on prices and any dietary requirements when ordering.
